The Global HR Department in charge of implementing the HR strategy within the Group recruits a:
Vos missions :
With Learning & Development Lead as manager, the role will be mainly focusing on skills and competency. The deployment of the corporate training platform, GEFCO University (G&U) across GEFCO for all subsidiary and all employees is completed since end of 2018. In 2021, 96% of connected employees have completed a training on G&U.
For 2022, we want to focus on the dimensions “Train on Critical Skills”. It’s key as GEFCO is transforming and jobs in GEFCO are also transforming with. The apprentice will have the opportunity to work both on G&U and GEFCO HRIS system (Vision).
The HR Development Consultant will be instrumental to achieve GEFCO targets (such as continue and encourage GEFCO employees to growing and developing their professional skills and careers targets) by :
Working closely with all parts of GEFCO (Division, Clusters, Functions), all actors (HR and non-HR) in identifying and mapping all major changes in skills and competencies
Facilitating meetings and workshops with G&U guardians
Participating to design and deliver upskilling and reskilling programs
Measuring the impact of the programs
The apprentice will also work on other projects within the Global Human Resources Department :
Support communication strategy and delivery for all main HR Programs : Performance Review, People Reviews, Career discussions...
Participate to Talent Management projects such as leadership, mentoring and coaching
Student enrolled in Human Resources master's degree - Master 2
Passion for learning, people development and organization design are strong assets and a first experience within an HR department is a plus
Proficient in using Power Point to create effective and visually engaging presentations, and Excel to create and manage program analytics
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to elvove in an amazing environment
Collaborative team player to easily work with various teams within the organization
Strong attention to detail, organized and goal oriented
Excellent spoken and written English, any additional language would be an asset to grow within an international context
